FAQs
How long does the process take?
There is no reason why your business cannot be accredited within one month of starting your accreditation journey.

Our 4A process is quick and easy, and you have our support along the way!

Auditing
This is an initial one-hour call for us to establish what tools, practices and procedures your business currently has in place.

Advice
We send you a full list of ideas, procedures, and practices for your consideration. The speed of implementation of these will vary greatly from business to business but they are largely easy-to-implement. We advise a window of at least two weeks between receiving our documentation and the full assessment taking place.

Assessment
This can be done in-person at your premises, or via video call, where evidence can be shared. We suggest allowing a minimum of three hours for this part of the process.

Accreditation
Assuming your assessment was successful, you should typically receive email confirmation of your accreditation within three working days. You will receive a digital accreditation, and a formal certificate will also be posted to your premises thereafter.
What is the benefit for my business?
Aside from being the right thing to do to promote and protect mental wellbeing, other benefits include improved staff retention, reduction in recruitment requirement/fees, improved staff morale, improved external awareness of your business, improved external perception of your business, improved recruitment success, improved productivity, and more.
How often is re-accreditation?
Re-accreditation takes place annually for a small fee. This process usually involves speaking with a handful of team members to ensure culture within the business is maintained based on policies, procedures and advisory steps put in place as part of the initial 4A (accreditation) process. Your business would receive an updated certificate for display following annual re-accreditation.
Businesses are expected to undergo a re-assessment in full every third year.

Is re-accreditation mandatory?
Annual re-accreditation is mandatory to ensure any policies, procedures and advisory steps identified at the initial accreditation phase are still being adopted and lived within the business. This ensures long-term continuation of good practice and avoidance of a relapse following the initial accreditation.
How will others know we are accredited?
On successful accreditation, your business will be sent a digital accreditation for you to share via social media and to current and/or prospective employees. A formal certificate will also be sent to you via mail.
Re-accreditation includes an updated digital accreditation and formal certificate.
You will also be permitted to share the Mind To 5 logo alongside your own company logo, as part of your social media content, as well as internal/external communications, including email signatures or job adverts.
Mind To 5 also share successful accreditation of all businesses we provide accreditation for via our social media network.
Businesses have the option to write a testimonial, which will be shared on our website.
